    • ‘Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valves’- also commonly called ‘Triple Offset Butterfly Valves’.  This version has the stem set behind the vertical axis but also offset to one side of the centreline of the disc. This allows for friction free sealing at the final point of closure and no distortion of the seat. This design allows for laminated or solid metal seats, meaning better suitability for more severe service applications.
